4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to obtain bonuses by fraudulent means will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account may be closed.

6.1 Sports Betting

• A bet cannot be changed once it has been finalised.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and funds will be returned.
• Winnings will be held until the match result is confirmed.
• win11 reserves the right to void a bet if unusual betting patterns or suspected prior knowledge of an event's outcome are detected.

6.2 Casino and Slots

• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be cancelled and funds will be returned.

6.3 Live Casino

If a disconnection occurs during a live casino game due to a technical issue, win11 will determine the outcome based on the latest game log. This decision is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win11 platform. Accounts of those who violate these rules will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where applicable.

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses more than once.

• Fraudulent betting or participating in match fixing.

All content on the win11 platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, software, content, and other materials — is the exclusive property of win11 or its licensors.

8.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited permission to use the win11 platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reusing any content without prior written approval from win11 is prohibited.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games and software available on the win11 platform are provided by various third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt). This content is the intellectual property of the respective organisations.

win11 will not accept any responsibility in the following circumstances:

10.3 Inactive Accounts
